        This location messed up on scheduling 3 times, and I joined not even 3 months ago. What is the deal with management here? I love the Massage Envy experience but I think I may have to find another. THIS IS MY SECOND BAD REVIEW OF MT. LEBANON MASSAGE ENVY. THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT FOUR TIMES. NOW THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND KEEP CHARGING ME UNLESS I SIGN A PAPER SAYING I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK!! COMPLETE RIP OFF AND A RUDE MANAGER!!

        Very unprofessional. You find you perfect therapist and poof gone. Had a session with another for 3 weeks then 4 days before he changed his hours and cannot honor the appointment. Please do not ever sign up for their membership, its the laughing stock of massage community!
