Joan was amazing, she is so thoughtful and really cared about my situation. She took the time out of her day to check on me and make sure that I was doing good. I haven't felt this comfortable with a therapist in a long time and I truly believe that she cares about her patients. I recommend her for anyone who needs help in relationship counseling and for anyone looking for individual counseling! Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience. She has helped me tremendously. She has good insight and is very caring. She is very compassionate. I would recommend her to any individual who is going through any type of anxiety and or any stressful situation whether it be dealing with a relationship, work, or family. Amazing therapist. TY.

I saw Joan two or three times. Every time, it was a struggle to reach her via phone or receive a call back. She double booked my very first appointment, and didn't let me know, so I sat there for an hour waiting before I was taken in, and by that time the next folks were there waiting for their appointment, which I was then taking. The sessions talking with her were fine, but I always felt that they were rushed and not much was accomplished at the end of the hour, and most things were repeated each session. Also, she always said she would email me things to review for the next session but never sent anything after any of the sessions. Overall, the whole process was difficult, reaching her via phone was nearly impossible and when we did meet, she generally seemed disorganized and frazzled.
