Back in February 2023 I reached out to Steele Schneider after finding their firm online. I had been sharing concerns of my autistic sons behavior with the district he was in and requested multiple evaluations to get him an IEP and more support from the district than he had been receiving to which he had been denied time and time again. With the help and support of Steven Donovan and Jonathan Steele I was able to finally get Ethan approved for an IEP. With information provided by the firm I was able to enroll my son in a non traditional program and with the funds he was ultimately granted by the district he was able to attend a program that is more suited to his needs . None of this would have been possible without their help and I am eternally grateful for all they did to help. Thank you so much!!

Jonathan was absolutely amazing during the whole process of representing my son. He stood up for my son when his rights were violated and did not back down. Jonathan made every step of the process very clear and understanding to me. He was very open and honest about everything and never once did I feel pressured into making a decision I was uncomfortable with. I am very grateful and could not have asked for a better attorney to have represented my son. Dylan, Jonathan's assistant, was absolutely amazing as well! If anything needed signed, he would come out of his way to meet me. He always got back to me very quickly and was always friendly.

My son is severely Autistic and was wrongfully placed in a life skills class that I was told was an Autistic Support classroom, my son suffered for a year before I finally discovered what was happening to him after I pulled him out . My son was out of school for a year with nobody from his school district calling me or trying to find a solution for him they didn't care about my son or his education they just brushed him to the side and forgot about him . I contacted Jonathan Steele who represented my son he worked day and night on my son's case , he actually cares about the kids and will fight for your child until they get what they need and deserve . Jonathan got my son the compensatory education money and services that he desperately needs to help him get back into the appropriate school that fits his needs . Without Jonathan my son would not be getting the treatment and services he is receiving from his school district now , he was the only person that actually cared about my son's education. My husband and I are both very grateful for Jonathan and all the hard work he put in to helping our son, even after my son's case was settled Jonathan still stays in touch and makes himself available for questions .
