        From the moment I walked into this place my son and I were treated like we were irrelevant. The lady behind the counter asked me "What do you want?" Before we even had a chance to look around at anything. I went to this place to see if they could look at a watch for me, only to be told that they don't do that there. Why would you label yourselves as a jeweler if you can't even look at a piece of jewelry? It was a very unwelcome experience and we will NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! I would also advise anyone looking for a jeweler to look at another location where you actually can get quality service from friendly people!

        Watch repair botched. Band stems replaced and lens replaced. band broke within a week. Lens was put in crooked, so not sealed or watertight. Asked for a repair and/or money refunded they refused on both counts. Took to another jeweler the lens that was installed was not the correct size for the watch in question. The band stems were not replaced correctly. If you repair something and it fails within a week money should be returned when you produce a receipt for repair and the broken watch for evidence.

        I went in needing a watch strap holding piece, and the man had a replacement, put it on and didnt even charge me for it. He was so kind! Excellent service!! I will not hesitate to come back!

      Dear Sign Girl (aka Geoffrey Panian, G22 Graphics),Thank you for the feedback, and the opportunity to reply. We replaced one pin and a crystal for $39 in a Citizen Eco Solar Chronograph. Several days later you showed up very angry, claiming we ruined your watch and that it wasn’t running, demanding a guarantee that we would fix it no charge. This turned out to be an issue with the movement, not a crystal. Solar requires sunlight, so we placed it in the window and reset the Chronograph settings. Apparently someone tampered with the settings trying to make it run. No Charge.Two weeks later you came in claiming the pin we replaced came out. Watch bands have 2 pins; usually when one wears the other is subjected to similar wear, and so the second pin gave out. We installed a second pin while you waited, not the one we initially replaced. No Charge.During these two visits there was no complaint or notice made of a crooked crystal; however, several weeks later you again came in with the crystal off-set in the case, claiming we did not install it properly and demanding a full refund. Declining your demands, we offered to reseat the crystal at no charge. After we took the time to discuss, to prepare the paperwork for intake, you decided to decline our offer to re-seat the crystal. Again, time taken at our expense, no charge.Details are important!
