Terrible customer service.. wouldnt even give me a claim number.. my vehicle was hit by one of their upmc shuttle buses.. now I have to get an attorney involved

I switched car insurance companies because they gave me a great quote. Since then, it has gone up every year, no accidents or violations of any type, my mileage has been soo low no emissions test required, yet, every year they've raised my rates. Started out $1250 and is now $1980, my complaints fall on deaf ears they could care less. My other senior friends switched to Hartford and after one or two years moved on. Don't fall for that low quote to get you to switch, they're hucksters.

Dont even waste youre time. I got sick with COVID and was forced off work for two weeks. I sent the claim in and answered all their questions. Was told Id receive my answer in 5 business days. That was back in OCTOBER. well I have heard NOTHING back from them at all since then. I never get a call back and when I do manage to get a human on the phone its a different excuse as to what is taking so long. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Worst customer service!!! No one answers ever!!!! They don’t tell you if your case manager is changed so you call the wrong person for days. You have to call and make sure you get paid because they claim they don’t get the paperwork from the doctor even though the doctor includes you on everything they send. If your company uses them I would suggest they change!
