WiFi didnt work, no microwave in the room disappointed with my stay!

Used the conference center. Appropriate size meeting rooms but not clean. Restrooms were clean but not stocked.

Stayed here 1 night. There were multiple things wrong. First, there was no cover for the light in the shower which really creates a fire, electric, and electrocution hazard (pictured). Second, there is no fan in the bathrooms so all the moisture from the shower has no where to go therefore there was a bunch of mold and ceiling drip from the moisture. Third, there was no hand soap and no body wash in the shower. Not a bad place to stay, but needs improvement and better attention to detail. I would look for other options around the area.

Staff was very friendly especially Jesse M at the front desk both at check-in and following day. She never got flustered with the pressure of checking in my group of 39 despite a couple hiccups of other staff. She was very professional and pleasant!!! Bellmen were extremely helpful in unloading all the luggage from where the motorcoach got stuck at the bottom of the hill and pushing those heavy carts up the hill and delivering luggage to our rooms. Planned dinner was served promptly, hot and delicious by friendly staff. Breakfast staff was also friendly and food tasty. Even staff cleaning the restrooms were friendly! The only negative for a 4 star rating was no one ever answered the phone when I called repeatedly to reconfirm before arrival. I finally left a message on a cell number I had and then did receive a call back.
