        Walked over a mile to get a haircut and couldn't even access the storefront since it's tucked away on the 2nd floor of a large building, the directory needs to be updated with the studio's number

        I was visiting Pittsburgh from out of town and decided to look for a new hair stylist. Drey is an amazing hair stylist who is extremely talented and personable. He gave me the best haircut ever, and I will definitely be returning. My hair feels great and I had a amazing experience .

        I’m sorry you had a negative experience. Firstly the building manger is fixing the system it has been broken for a couple of days that why my number wasn’t in the directory. Secondly the salon is appointment only my friend so if we did have an appointment I would have made sure you were able to get in. If you still want to get a cut please feel free to book an appointment on the website I’ll be sure to meet you at the door! I’m really believe you would have a positive experience.
