Sipes & Son General Contractors

We just had a wonderful experience with Sipes and sons construction. They completed a very unique job that required foresight and skills in many areas of construction. They came VERY highly recommended by the engineer and now I understand why. On a side note they left the job site which is a home with 2 young children clean every day. I can't give them as high praise as I want to.

Sipes showed up to repoint my old block foundation only a couple days after quoting me - the crew did an awesome job. We walked through the job and talked about some causes of my problems, and they even did some extra spots for me.

We have used Sipes and Son for 2 projects now and both have been professionally done to the highest quality. Their dedication to detail is impressive and their flexibility and understanding of situations that arise is appreciated. You may have to get in line for their work, but for us having cycled through contractors these guys were worth the wait. Highly recommend them for structural and exterior renovation projects. Five years later, we are still correcting problems from our renovation. They did correct some things themselves, but only after a long and painful process. Only after that renovation did the pipes in the affected bathroom start to freeze every winter. The project took 3 times as long as promised. By the end, we were definitely choosing our battles, so fixing things like crooked fixtures and really messy tiles just never made the list. They started out really well and were fun to work with, but I think they got out of their depth and basically tried to fake it. Service: General building construction
