Four Seasons Dry Cleaners

Four Seasons performed an actual miracle on my 9 year old dress for a last minute event!! I unwrapped it after about 5 years to find these weird blue stains on the white skirt. Larry was so friendly, and not the only professional to tell me to keep my hopes low on the stains coming out. They picked it up at my apartment with a week to spare, and dropped it off the day of the event with no stains at all!! Larry and the team saved me will definitely use them again.

New review! Well, Four Seasons have outdone themselves yet again. Not only did they turn on a dime to get my silk dress completed in time for an event, all stains were removed to perfection. But the icing on the cake? The owner called to say he would be in my area and would drop off my dressover-the-top customer service!! Cannot thank them enough for their expertise and exemplary customer service. Once again, thanks to the expert service I have enjoyed with Four Seasons, I felt confident asking them to clean and preserve my new daughters gown. The wedding was held at a barn venue. Absolutely beautiful rustic setting; totally authentic. You can imagine the bottom of Caities gorgeous bustled gown! To my amazement, the gown looks fabulous; restored to excellent condition! Moreover, the service I received was over and above!! All questions on preservation and shipping were answered by the owner himself. He took such care; I am so grateful for his expertise, professional approach and understanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost...great experience all around.

I took this coat in with white cuffs to be cleaned and there was still dog hair and crumbs on it and the cuffs are not clean. They refused to give me a discount on the $28 for the cleaning and could not guarantee another cleaning would even clean the coat. What a waste of money; I have been going to this dry cleaner for 10 years but Ill be finding another dry cleaner that can stand behind the actual cleaning of their items.
