This was my first visit to this dental office, which I selected based on the reviews here. The service was incredible, the staff was attentive, courteous, and efficient. Dr Jeffries, was amazing, informative, kind and extremely personable. I am hooked.

Love Dr.Zena, so glad they accept my insurance. She educates on home care and her staff are so pleasant.

Great staff and environment, but was disappointed to be surprised with a new co-pay at the end of my last cleaning. My insurance has not changed, and for the past 3 years app my cleanings have been covered 100%, but this week I was charged a $10 co-pay for "oral hygiene instruction". My cleaning this week was no different than those in previous years, so the new charge was a big surprise to me. Luckily, it was not a high price in this case, but it is so frustrating as a patient when you are not told about changes to the services you are receiving ahead of time, so you do not get the change to refuse treatment you cannot afford/don't want to pay for. Surprise bills are the worst part of our medical system, and I was extremely disappointed to encounter this issue at Jefferies, Smiths, and Associates.
