Tender Care Learning Centers

The facility was exposed to COVID for the four time since COVID started. The new manager is ripping parents off for tuition payment while the children were not at the facility. The prior managers Faith and Lisa, ALWAYS gave a refund for the days the kids could not attend. Jennifer is hiding behind the policy of when I CHOOSE to not send my child, INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXPOSURE TO THE KIDS AND COMPENSATING PARENTS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF THEIR LACK OF CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE. If you send your child here, they will be exposed to COVID, and you wont get your money back for their mess up, as the PREVIOUS MANAGERS DID.. DONT RECOMMEND!

This company has no regard for the health and safety of their employees, and that makes for bad morale and in turn, low quality care. Since the pandemic started, this has become abundantly clear, and increasingly so.

I wrote the long detailed review (from R S), but it doesn't appear when I search. Very very good daycare - my children learned kindness here. I will repost the review again to see if I can make it appear, as it should!

Searching for a daycare is hard. Especially as a new parent with your first infant, and without personal recommendations to go off of from family or friends. I'm really glad that we found Tender Care. On the first day I was understandably a bawling mess, and the teachers and director showed so much care for me and my baby. The whole team is responsive, easy to talk to, and it's obvious that they pay attention to my baby all day long. She's exposed to new activities, food, and people, and is happy at the end of the day! Yes, we got sick almost instantly, but ask any parent that's just what happens at daycare. The same thing happens in schools, offices, any setting where new people from many homes are breathing on you all day long. The center called us as soon as baby started showing signs of being sick, and has been communicative about when others are sick as well. After being so nervous about this process, I am really glad we found something close to work and home that has such a caring staff.
