I have worked at Hiland in the Baby Room on and off since 2016. We provide activities that teach social skills, manners, following directions, arts and crafts, language, writing, Emotional Intelligence, fine and gross motor skills, and much more. We survived Covid-19 intact, only losing a few families (some later returned after the release of the vaccines). Annie and Evelyn have really shown their dedication to the center, staff, and families. If you want to know more, call the center and ask for Lena; she knows all the things.

Hiland is all around a great daycare center.  The poor review that was written is more likely than not fabricated.  I used Hiland Child Care as my child care provider for 4 years and had no issues by any means.  JoAnn was a great Director and was easy to work with and loved all the kids, but also taught right from wrong.  Evelyn is as sweet as they come and is a major asset to Hiland, and now she is Director!  Annie has joined as Assistant Director and is doing a great job!  The two of them make a great team in moving the Center forward and innovating the technology and resources available to them to give the kids a more in-depth early education experience.  The staff is also very caring and adamant about the kids learning, having fun and preparing for kindergarten (or to hone the skills they are getting in grade school).  Overall, Hiland is doing a great job with the children in their care.  They are aware that these kids are our future and doing everything they can to make them polite, caring, understanding beings that have the skills to communicate and learn and thrive.
