One of thee worst judges who Had the unfortunate time to be placed on the bench! What she did to my teenage son, is disgusting, in the 90s I will Never forget.... and Judge thee and you too shall be judged on doing the right thing on earth! GOD don't care about your job, he only care if you did the right thing on your job! What a bad impact this is on my family"s life to this very day!

My Mother has dementia / Alzheimer's and is being taken advantage of and neglected by my Drug Addict Criminal sisters. I initiated a Petition for Guardianship to take charge and resolve the issue by moving my Mom to Texas (where I live) My Mom was assigned a Legal Advocate by Durkin and he made a recommendation to Durkin that she honored to assign the Neutral Guardian as the Guardian. I had a conversation with the then proposed Neutral Guardian that eased my concerns. The Neutral Guardian stated that she would stop my evil sisters and would eventfully move to turn over Guardianship to me. This was all a LIE. In the Court Hearing as planned Durkin's decision was to grant the Neutral Guardian as Guardian of my Mom. Since then the Guardian has been woefully inept and disappointing. She has repeatedly allowed and in some cases facilitated the continued neglect of my Mom and been dishonest in doing so which is unbelievably disrespectful and should disqualify the Guardian to continue her position. . It has been a nightmare since the decision and made a despicable situation much worse. I have now submitted to the "Guardian Department" my extreme disappointment of the inability of the Neutral Guardian to take care of my Mom. I have lost what little Faith I ever had in Pennsylvania's Liberal Justice System. Durkin made a huge mistake that has negatively impacted my Mom while continuing to allow my wicked evil drug addict criminal sisters to steal my Mom's financial support for their drugs while my Mom is negatively impacted. Durkin does not deserve the "Honorable" or "Judge" unless she re visits and changes her incorrect decision. Not only should she re think this but the Legal Advocate and the Neutral Guardian should resign their position so that this despicable situation is not duplicated. Their might be hope for Durkin. The inept Neutral Guardian and the bumbling Legal Advocate are part of a bigger problem and they both should move on to getting a position in another field other than the Legal Justice System. In every case that I encountered regarding the neglect of my Mother -- the Bank, The Life Insurance Company, The Doctor and all medical employees - the common statement was "THIS HAPPNS ALL THE TIME" --The reason it happens all the time is because there is NO Punishment to prevent the evil wicked acts. there fore the Drug Addict Criminals have absolutely No Consequences so they continue to neglect the elderly person while stealing the money and any asset that the Elderly person has earned or acquired in their life. It is so so sad to me that My Father worked a majority of his life to set up my Mom when he passed and now that money has been used to support two Drugs Addicts and all the assets are now gone. THIS DISPICABLE ACT WILL REPEAT ITSELF ACROSS OUR GREAT NATION until Judges like Durkin make the right decision to assign the capable family Member or competent Neutral Guardian are vetted and assigned. If there was a "zero" or "Failure" rating and "No stars" then that is how I would rate Durkin. Extremely poor total experience and it is a sad reflection of the Allegheny County.
