Parking is horrible and expensive. The wait to get anything done here is just ridiculous.

this Court never notified me of a civil case against me and rendered a default judgement against me , had I been given a chance to defend myself, I would have likely won. The judgement resulted in permanent suspension of my drivers license with no recourse. I cannot even find out who the other party was in this secret trial that I was never aware of until years later when I tried to renew my license and found that it was suspended.

Just want to talk about my recent experience here. I had court scheduled at 7am.. for the ARD.. apparently everyone knew except us Offenders that the judge wasnt suppose to be there until 830a. ( i overhead listening to other attorneys ) Imagine getting up at 6am for court. Finding babysitters and/or scheduling transportation to arrive to court because more than half of us were there for first time DUI charges and we dont drive. just to wait for 2 hours to go before a judge who didnt even arrive on time herself.. not until 845am.. whom didnt even acknowledge her late arrival to say yes I do basically being accepted into the ard program. But that itself took 2 mins!!!! Omg. Its rude , its inconsiderate and a smack in the face if you ask me. We are humans. Not just a number or an offender. Im a 27 year old nurse who works odd hours.. with 2 autistic toddlers.. I arrived at 655am and didnt leave until 930am. To say my blood was boiling was an understatement. My children and fianc waited hours for me which I thought would be a very simple process. Do better guys! That was unacceptable and Im sure you guys can find a better system.. to accommodate us working people/parents !

Ive called several times to get an issue resolved that involves a judgment against my husband, and no one will help us or call us back. We are literally trying to give someone money to resolve an issue, and we cant get the court to take it. Why does this have to be so complicated?
