25 years of criminal policies. The Department of Inhumane Services. My dead grandmother could do it better.

Horrific. Fails children on every level. Systems don't share information nor do they communicate with each other. Do you really care? Seems these departments and supervisors make it extremely difficult to navigate a system which is convoluted and BROKEN. It needs a complete overhaul. Truly start caring about community, women, children. Education is key to success along with training. Abuse runs amuck!!!!

Im giving 3 stars because my family currently has healthcare, and thats what matters most to me. That saidI forget that Im supposed to be ashamed of my existence until its time for annual recertification. I allegedly have a caseworker. Im confused as to why Im not allowed to know his or her name, number, extension, or even allowed to be transferred. For the past few years, a caseworker has missed our recertification appointment without giving me a way to contact them. I was also told to drop an appeal when someone else was fraudulently claiming my stepson. I sent proof and was still told that they wouldnt do anything. The only thing he said I could do was have the person who was committing fraud call them. I wish I were kidding. I was told to not bother the judge with it, and they cant do anything if someone is committing welfare fraud even if it affects me.
