Liz is the absolute best therapist a girl can ask for. Someone who I trust and I know wont judge me and will give me great advice. Shes always there to push me into becoming a better me. And I cant wait for our further relationship as I try to get thru this crazy world.

My experience has been phenomenal. Not only can I do sessions from the privacy of my own home, but Liz has helped me transform my way of thinking and heal accordingly. Her kind, compassionate approach and her willingness to go deep and use methods and teach skills to help me better myself are above and beyond. Im so happy to have found the Counseling and Well was center and Liz as my therapist.
