        As a past Spirit District and Store Manager I was surprised that nobody approached me to ask if I needed help. Costumes hanging from packaging and on the floor. What really bothered me is when I wanted a certain item I was told it was being held... This has always been against policy and I had to argue policy with the manager... I also don't like the changes or use of space vs product placement
