        Waited in total about 4 hours. Doctor sent script to pharmacy for pain for my wife after giving CT scan and and then pharmacy said the lidocaine 5% patches and Brentwood hospital said they do not deal with obtaining prior authorizations. So my wife is still in pain taking ibuprofen. Would never go back to this facility because of the above.

        Need to watch their HR managers and how they treat employees that are injured or sick. People shouldn't be terminated when they have medical documentation keeping them from being able to work. This is a HEALTH NETWORK. Employees are patients too.
