The leadership of the company has instilled a great work ethic and attitude throughout their organization, I would highly recommend their products and services to any business in need.     Run as fast as you possibly can if you are remotely considering doing business with this company. During COVID when the majority of our office staff was working remotely, a sales representative came in and showed up for our lease renewal. He somehow talked an administrative assistant that had zero authority to sign a lease, sign a 5 year lease for $831 a month for 2 printers! With numerous emails, phone calls, complaints and attempts to get our lease amended, we were finally offered a Technology Refresher Clause to upgrade our equipment upon entering the 48th month of our "partnership". What a blessing! Finally out of the blue, our new account rep showed up to our office in December of 2022 to introduce himself. We expressed our extreme displeasure with the Wilson Group on how we were treated in being customers since 2013. He apologized up and down and ensured us he would make things right. He was able to arrange an in person meeting with the owner of the company, Derrick Wilson. Derrick was very apologetic, and assured us that we were going to be taken care of. He stated that he stepped away from the company for a while and that things were not handled the way he wanted and the way he built the company's standards to be. He admitted that our admin was taken advantage of, and that we would be receiving a $1,000 service credit and our monthly cost would be dropped substantially. This was in June. It is now 6 months later, and our monthly invoices from the bank (their leasing company) have not changed a penny. We have been back and forth numerous times and there have been 100 excuses and we are constantly having to chase them down for a response. We've received two different amendments to sign. One of which actually increased our monthly cost, and the other gave us a discount of $43 per month. For being a 10 year customer, the customer service is among the worst I have ever seen. Perhaps this will get a response from them since nothing else seems to work.
