        Ever since this became a Coen establishment, it has gone downhill. Twice in the last week I have had bad experiences at this location. One evening the woman working was in back for several minutes while two people were waiting to pay, and when she came out, she was angry and on her phone between customers while they were waiting. Today the male employee was hunched over the cash register like he was sleeping and wouldnt even hand me my receipt. Clearly no management oversight of this store happens. No response to my two submission forms on their site.
