        Boost is the most pathetic excuse of a carrier. This is 2023 and I'm having deal with a sub standard service. Slow as hell and constant buffering. Their tech support is a joke.

        By far the WORST experience I've ever had with a phone company. Went in for their promotion that offered 2 phones when you switched over to one of their lines from another company.. The 1st day the service was fine, the day after both myself and my son who obtained the other phone started having patchy service where it would come and go and then the day after that, my son's service completely went out and then as of yesterday mine went out. This has all literally gone on within the span of 4/5 days. I have been back to the store, And the gentleman that sold me the phone said that it was probably just two defective SIM cards and so he switched them out and it still isn't working!!! I have spoke to customer service literally at least 5 times and nobody can figure out what the heck is wrong with my phones and why they're not working. For paying almost a $100 a month this is not a good way to keep customers, especially new ones.
