        Pretty bad the entire way thru the upgrade process. Was told that all i had to pay for was the tax on the dollar amount of the product. NOT ONCE was i told about adding an extra line (per devise) that was in addition to the free iPad and Apple Watch. I made two different trips there and was never notified with this info! Go to an exclusive version wireless store NOT a franchise location unless you want to waste your time, money and resources.
