The experience from this dealership was great. Very clean, great car selection, good test-drive experience. Yvonne was especially great. She kept in constant communication and was very helpful and transparent through the process.

I've been taking my car here for service for years and have typically had a good experience. However, I recently brought my car in for a scheduled inspection and was encouraged that my wanting to wait was "probably not a good idea" and convinced to go home. I was then called at the end of the day and told that my rear wipers were bad despite not having rear wipers on my car along with some other minor issues. I was told these things at 5:58PM, 2 minutes before they closed and told I could just give them my card over the phone and come pick up the car whenever. I refused to do this and I went back the next day to talk about how there was a mix up with my car and no explanation was given. I was also not given my discount for scheduling online and was rushed out of the office without even being walked to my car. I understand things happen but no one seemed to think it was a good idea to try to make things right with me. I probably won't be back.
