Just had my hair cut by Shelly. From the wonderful massaging shampoo, the cut, and blow dry, I felt pampered. Received a compliment about how nice my hair looked from my neighbor when I was out walking. The staff at Unique Factor always greet you with a smile

I went for a haircut, Shelly cut me more than I told her. i wanted to keep my long hair. I asked for only four fingers I could cut but it cut like 12. i had my hair for my pompi and now I feel super awful with my super short hair. She didn't even make the way I showed her in the photo. super disappointed and the worst thing is I can't go back my hair. It was my first time going there. i'm definitely not coming back.
