PNC Bank

Currently, I don't have a bank account, but the staff at this location assisted me anyway. Thanks again to Jim, who was extremely courteous and helpful.

8/28/23, 9:15 am: inside line of people with only 2 tellers open, 3rd teller handling drive-thru. Meanwhile, at least 3 personal banking reps in their cubicles not working but goofing off on the internet and their mobile devices. This really is a terrible branch. In general, pnc bank is awful! Go to Huntington Bank instead! I may transfer my wealth to Huntington as well, worth the hassle! 7/27/23: (Just revised rating to one star, because I'm just that annoyed.) The branch and teller were fine. This complaint is about pnc bank in general. I opened checking and savings accounts at the end of May with a few thousand dollars in each acct. Haven't touched the accts since. Today, I went to cash two checks totalling less than $22. Pnc would not allow me to cash them because the accts were less than one year old. This is ridiculously absurd! I can see a 30 day wait period. But if there is enough money in the accts to cover the checks, there should be no wait period at all! So I had to deposit the checks and when money needed do a withdrawal. Ridiculous rule that couldn't be overridden per the teller. I cannot recommend pnc bank. I should go to Huntington Bank, it's easier to get to anyway.

Worst PNC in the Pgh area!!! All the other PNCs around are so much better !!! And that is regarding anything and every direction that you would need.

This is a busy branch! With a small and knowledgeable staff, they do their best to get you in and out. They take the time to walk you through how to use your online banking app and use their atms while the tellers are very busy. Even though they are busy, when it's your time, they still extend a friendly vibe and make you feel more than just an account. Kudos to John J of the business division! He had been a great resource for my banking needs!
