PNC Bank - CLOSED

No tellers, no checks, only available to open new accounts. This is a useless branch if you are an existing PNC customer.

They took out in-person tellers all of a sudden, so I have no reason to come here anymore. Really bad business decision, honestly

Cashless banks that cant write checks are useless. Close the store and use the savings to keep other branches open past 5pm. A Joke.

Banking is fair, but It is the investment side that smells of bait and switch. They lie about rates. They lie about 'fixing' the problem. When they call the next day to confirm it is fixed, it is not. They sign you up with a cd and after it is printed and you see the rate us not as promised or in my case for my 3 month and 6 month cd rate was lower than my growth savings, they say oops too late, can't change it because it is already printed. Tomorrow I am going to close my cd accounts and move then to Fidelity where I will get 4.6 instead if 1.9 rate. It's no wonder their branches are closing.i do not support a bank that does not serve what is best for their customers.
