        Gm call in this morning concerning fraud was very confused how citizens allow this to happen again with the same people wasnt getting anything accomplished with customer service so I decided to speak to the branch never received the worst customer service from the manager very disappointed she could care less and gave me attitude I let her know I was recording the call for record because how rude unacceptable will be closing my account
