        Clearly trying to take advantage of people. My first and last time bringing a car here for inspection. They tried to get me to pay them $1700 to pass inspection, and a good bit of that was for improvements that aren't even required for inspection. I'm half convinced they did this since my girlfriend dropped off the car for me. Anyways, take your business elsewhere. Midas is in the money business. They also wouldn't give me straight answers when I was asking for specifics on what was required and what wasn't for inspection, which was a big red flag for me. UPDATE: Took my car elsewhere a couple days later and it passed.
