Working with attorney Jacqueline Brangard has made my life incredibly easy and worry-free. I've used her services for both real estate, a demand letter to a related issue, and estate planning. She has helped oversee the transaction of purchasing my home and a secondary property (not only did she help from the attorney side of the transactions but she also facilitated with the title company Greater Pittsburgh Settlement Company). She is incredibly thorough and helped catch issues with the recording of my deed for my first property and made sure everything closed on time without any issues on my end. Purchasing real estate can be so stressful but she made it very easy. As far as the demand letter and estate planning, both issues were sensitive and complicated. Not only did Jacqueline handle them in a timely manner, she did it with the appropriate sensitivity. What I appreciate the most is her honesty and integrity. She will fight for you and she will do it smartly. You will not be dealing with a smarmy, ineffective, unethical attorney- which is very important when working with issues and estate planning which do require a very particular finesse. I know it is not possible for Jacqueline to practice every type of law but I certainly wish that she did!
