Really put me in a bad spot. Got started on projects and disappeared. Twice. Just left in the middle of 3 projects. I still cant believe it. I would not recommend and would be very wary of using. Thought he was a nice guy. What a shame.

Paid for drawings with an estimate of a 2 week turnaround, 2 months later won't return calls or messages- completely MIA. Never use again. We will likely take legal action for fraud.

Submitted plans for permit, revisions requested in December of 2019. Still has not submitted revisions and will not respond to calls or texts. Terrible experience.

Major measuring and simple engineering errors on drawings for our large addition that caused delays and unforeseen construction costs. We had to call them countless times to correct their own errors. We had numerous professionals in the field agree on their mistakes (including a laughing city inspector who couldnt believe some of their drawings and refused to pass our inspection because of them). Got to a point that, despite it being part of their own contract, they stopped answering my calls asking for clarifications/fixes to their errors so the addition could pass city inspection. Because of their drawings, we are thousands of dollars over budget and many months passed the original timeline... To this day, the project is STILL not finished because they wont pick up the phone to call us back, even though we paid them thousands. Very unprofessional.
