Our company contacted The Dines group last year to turn our outdated website into something professional, appealing and informative. After interviewing multiple Pittsburgh agencies, The Dines group stood out among the rest. Most the the agencies couldn't even quote us on our website, just an hourly charge. We couldn't be more pleased with our website. Its amazing and has so many neat features. We have a professional site with scrolling videos, great pictures and a wealth of information that is easily organized. We then hired The Dines group to manage the rest of our internet marketing and SEO. We started on page 8-14 when searching for terms related to our business. Even when searching Duckstein (our own name) we came up with a brewery and personal people pages before our website!!! A couple of months later we are achieving the top 10 results on organic keywords and even coming up #1 on some terms. Website and SEO aside, the level of customer service and care we have received from Dines is outstanding. Questions at 1 pm in the afternoon or 3 am in the morning do not go a couple hours without a reply. There are even times I get busy and cannot email them back. They always check back in to make sure i got their email. They have also taken the time to explain about what they are doing, why they are doing it and how it can help our company. Before this I didn't even know what back links, SEO, organic results, etc. meant. In short, we are so very pleased at the amazing job The Dines group did. We will continue using them for all of our needs and we refer them whenever the opportunity arises. You wont be disappointed.
