From the very beginning, we knew Lynne stood out among the potential agents and Lynne was exceptionally professional. Lynne really cares about her clients and put their interest first. In our case, we are out of state, and that created much more work for Lynne. She coordinated window cleaning, house cleaning, carpet deep cleaning and staging. She also guided us in the minor repairs that made the house more marketable. And much more. We did not hear a single word of complaint about it. In deed, Lynne and her assistant Stacy did everything to make the transaction as smooth as possible. When we hit the road blocks, Lynne was cool, calm and collected. We also appreciate the fact that Lynne is always available to communicate with us in an honest and straight-forward way. Lynne excels in every aspect of her work. She understands the buying and selling processes in line with whatever the current trends are and always puts her clients first. She's a proactive communicator and you can trust her to see the fine details and grasp the nuances and be sure you understand the decisions you're making. She's also just a great human being -- ethical, empathetic, incredibly intelligent. We worked with her to buy our home and then to sell it years later, and our experience on both occasions was exceptional, even though the real estate market had entirely changed. Both times she was well-informed on current and emerging trends in the market and able to advise us accordingly. We were delighted with our purchase of the house years ago and, most recently, have been thrilled with the outcome of selling it with her.

We worked with Lynne (and her associate Stacy) on the sale of multiple properties in 2022 - right when the market began changing. Lynne's skills and drive are hard to match. She has truly distinguished herself amongst other agents we've worked with, she knows the entire lifecycle of the Sale Process in depth, and she is highly skilled in multiple areas. She helped us negotiate an agreement, navigate through some unexpected financing changes with the buyer, provided access to her network of contractors for fixups at our property, and helped us get through closing with no issues.
