Kat has been so helpful, patient, friendly, and flat-out inspiring! I am beyond grateful to have met this beautiful lady. I look forward to working with her far into the future. When I visualize my best self (who is waiting a bit impatiently for me to *finally* get there XD) I finally believe I'll get there with Kat's help.

I tried everything to lose weight and finally gave up and decided to embrace the extra 25 pounds that stubbornly refused to leave my body. After 12 weeks with Kat, Im down 19 pounds and 4 pant sizes, and I have no intention of stopping. She has been so supportive, encouraging, and readily available to answer questions. I secretly want to keep her to myself but would happily share her with anyone else that is as discouraged as I was! I look forward to my daily meals and snacks (all real, healthy food) and our weekly workouts despite having hated exercising prior to meeting her!

I have been struggling with my weight my whole life and this year was no different. Kat is fantastic, supportive, and always there for me when in need guidance. In the last 3 weeks I am already feeling more confident, stronger, and capable than I have in years. My eating habits have drastically changed and I am losing weight slowly and at a healthy pace. Loving my Fit Up journey!
