        Wow, Im at a loss for words about the experience we just had with Dr.Klein. Our first time seeing her in the practice and it will be our last. Im not sure why she chose pediatrics. I myself am a healthcare professional and Ive meet some rude docs but she took top prize. Uncaring and unprofessional

        Started off well with Dr Klein (pre-pandemic). Always made sure I asked to be booked with her to ensure my child would have the same, hopefully positive experience, while creating a relationship with their doctor. Lately, Dr Klein seems condescending to put it mildly, and at times, just annoyed by our visits. So much so that she thought she was "repeating" herself, with frustration until she read her notes and realized it was her first time making those recommendations. My child ended up getting diagnosed at the ER after 2 or 3 visits to Dr Klein, during which she had downplayed the symptoms as if they were fabricated and completely missed what the problem was (while my kid was suffering for more than 10 days).

        My kids were seen since birth with Dr.Kline. We now even drive over an hour to see her for sick/annual visits. Do I need to say more.. my kids are 12,15,17
