Terrible. Do not use Double billed for a walker. Payment was sent and was still getting bills months later. When I called I was told there were two invoices. Found out they made a fraudulent new invoice. They didn't have an answer as to how this happened. Finally thought I had it fixed and I'm still getting bills. Contacted Better Business Bureau.

My mom came home on a ventilator & oxygen in December and needed a supplier so we were directed to Montgomery Med through Adapt Health. Overall service has been decent. Normally you get next day delivery and delivery ppl are always helpful. Ordering supplies is quick once you know your prompts which I recommend writing down to save time.
The only real issue I have is that the warehouse often leaves out important parts like filters and cushions for her ventilator. If she's getting a new mask, she ALWAYS needs both filters and cushions. Additionally, when getting tubing, they sent us tubing that doesn't fit the etank meter properly which is a real pain. Oxygen leaks if she tugs it at all which is dangerous. It makes it impossible to hookup at her doctor's appointments and we often have to hope her oxygen lasts which is less than ideal. I think it would be immensely helpful to have a catalog of supplies to use for ordering so we had part numbers to refer to or an online portal to order supplies and then staff could call to confirm the order? Another idea would be to setup recurring orders for necessary supplies already setup with adjustable frequency.

Always confusion on the bill-the website has a Pennsylvania Address But they tell you to mail payments to an address in California. Use Multiple names to create more confusion-Adapt Health-Montgomery Medical Equipment-Tri-County!!! What is it!! I have never had this much trouble with a provider before!!!

My mother has been on Oxygen for about a week or more. Since using this company the first machine they brought smelled awful. Stunk up my living room, so the exchanged it out for another. Now the three tanks dropped off are all empty no oxygen in them none. Now my mother missed an appointment yesterday because no oxygen in tanks. Now today they offered another appointment since she just got out of the hospital a week ago. Now calling they can't give you an arrival time. There has got to be another company around fothat offers the same service

The worse medical supply company. Conflicting stories from those who answer the phones and techs. Arguing with patients about how they should use their equipment, wrong information given over the phone. Constant fights and hassle and run around. No consistences under the umbrella of Adapt health. They only add stress to an already stressful medical situation.
