        The customer service was atrocious, this place is horribly understaffed, and when attempting to use this week's deal of 3 blackberries/strawberries/raspberries for 6$, I was instead charged 5$ for each, losing me 9$ that I don't have right now, and I didn't know the coupon was not applied until after I got home and checked the receipt. The cashier cashing us out was rude and unhelpful, and the belt didn't work so we had to continuously move our products down the line, and their starting words to us were "you'll have to move those down the line", no polite hellos or goodbyes. I've worked in customer service for years, and of experiences I've had here, this was definitely the worst. any attempts to contact giant customer service were left unanswered,15$ vs 6$ is quite a dent in a budget. I'm hoping commenting here can in some way bring a result. At this point, I'd rather drive farther away and receive better service and products from Wegman's.
