        Absolutely atrocious service. Was at receiving to get unloaded, and was never even told the unload process. Went in to ask, since they were in my trailer while the light was still green (which is a safety issue!) and was completely ignored, even when I tried to get staff attention. When I mentioned it as I was collecting paperwork, I was aggressively told that the DRIVER is supposed to come in and ask those questions - which, I did, and was ignored. Never at any place I've been to, do they not make their unload process known when giving a dock door. Additionally, any place that doesn't have bathrooms for drivers is terrible in my book. We're also humans with bodily functions, and when delivering in the early morning when nothing else nearby is open, this is a basic necessity that's being neglected. Will never go back.
