Wonderful community just off Bridge St Phoenixville. Nice apartments, great amenities including the gym, pool, clubhouse, dog spa and dog park and helpful staff that takes pride in keeping the property in good shape.

Lady at leasing office was not helpful. I asked for the package room and she just told me to go in my car and drive around to the back of the building. Then she was not there to assist anymore. Ill update this review if I notice improvement.

Ive lived and worked in apartment complexes and riverworks by far has the best apartment layouts (so spacious) and the community itself is beautiful!! the location is amazing, so close to town but still has privacy and is quiet. shoutout to Angel the entire team who does a great job creating a sense of community here! would highly recommend :)

Ive been a resident here for about 1.5 years and have nothing but great things to say. The property is well maintained and has great amenities. I work from home and its always nice to go into the clubhouse to work and get a change of scenery. Theres a dog park and dog spa which my pups love. The gym is great and has all the equipment you could ever need. Love that we are right on the Schuylkill River Trail. I also cant say enough about the staff. Super grateful for Angel. He goes above and beyond for the residents and I look forward to seeing his smiling face when I work in the clubhouse. My kid also loves swinging by to say hi and he always takes the time to say hi and catch up with her. Maintenance is great as well - Wayne and the team respond to tickets quickly and are all super great. As others have mentioned in past reviews, there really is a sense of community here.

Ive been living here for 3 years now (moved in early 2021) and I cant say enough great things about this complex. The property is beautiful and maintained, leasing staff is extremely communicative when it comes to everything, maintenance is responsive (Ill put in a request and it will be taken care of same day), and the units are beautiful. Tori is by far the best on the team here. She is so responsive and jumps into action whenever assistance is needed. I had an issue where I was out of town and my ice maker flooded and needed repairs. Tori let me know right away and kept me updated daily on the repairs and outcome of everything. She even pulled my packages for me while I was gone so they wouldnt get sent back. She is the best. Highly recommend Riverworks.
