Placed online order over two months ago, have never received, sent multiple emails to cust service - no reply. Requesting a resolution via PayPal and company is not replying. Most dishonest and frustrating online order I have placed.

I met Mary Alice at a networking event for women businesses and I was immediately struck by her passion for size-inclusive, sustainable, local fashion. Their clothing is stunning. A total gem in our city.

I purchased an Ina blouse online in late April 2022. The fabric and craftsmanship of the blouse were lovely, but sadly it was huge on me, so I returned it as per directions, using the USPS label that Alice Alexander emailed in early May. I carried the package into the Chicago post office near me. Since I mailed it, Ive heard nothing. I paid just over $123 and anticipated (per Alice Alexanders website) $115 at least in refund. Ive emailed more than once and messaged via Shop, as yet Ive received only an automated reply to my inquiries. In contrast, Ibu, Eileen Fisher, Anthropologie, FatFace and Madewell have each in past shopping experiences responded promptly to email inquiries. Packages get lost and more often in USPS lately than they used to; failing to respond increases the odds that they stay lost. I think this lack of response reflects a greater failing in customer service. So, if youre certain that the item will fit, live locally or can otherwise pick the clothing up yourself, the garment I received was lovely. If you live remotely, cant go to the shop yourself, if you are unsure about fit or whether you will encounter any issues with your order (and when shopping online, such concerns are a given), Id recommend you take your business elsewhere. At this brands price point you should expect and can do better than the lack of service Ive experienced. Its a pricey lesson I hope you avoid.
