    I used this company in the past to install my windows and they did such an excellent job that I decided to call them and ask them if they installed vinyl siding. To my surprise they did! They were able to come out the same day for an estimate and not only that, the price was fair! Whaaat?? You rarely see that anymore. The work was phenomenal and they really paid attention to detail. I would definately use their services again.

    On October 15th I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for the basement glass block window for my sister. The person who answered the phone was professional, however, the installer is a different story. First he called me at October 16th at 1:53pm to confirm and ask if he could come early. I said no one was available until 6:30. He called again at 2:58pm stating that he was in the area and if he could come now. AGAIN, I said no one is available. I confirmed that he would be there at 6:30pm and he said yes. At 7pm, I called the installer and asked where he was, he said "I am eating, be there later". I was so shocked that I asked him to repeat his comment, which he did. I told him that he could take his time eating because he would NOT be doing any work for me, my sister or anyone else. I ended the call. He called me back a few minutes later with a very nasty condescending attitude stating that he could come now which started a very heated argument. Because of his very heavy Asian accent, I was unable to understand everything but I ended it by saying if he dared step foot on my sister porch, the police would be called. The total disrespect of my sister's time is unacceptable. I would NEVER use this company. Had to give one star because I couldn't post without at least one star. P.S. I called the office today to complain before I posted this and the person who answered was just as rude and unprofessional as the installer. He actually told me that I should have just waited because they are very busy and sometimes can not make the appointments that they set up!!! SMH

    This was one of the worst experiences on my life. I gave the owner of deposit and we agree that my work will be done in 3 days. It was a Christmas season and I explained to him that I wanted my floors refinished and done before the holiday. He he explained to me that the work will be done and no more than 3 days. After that the whole job was south. The first day went smoothly his first installer came in and completed the first part of the job with no problems. Then it was time for them to start sanding and refinishing the floors in my house. The new installer came in with an attitude because he said oh I can do this because you have too much furniture. I explained to him that the boss knew I had my furniture and knew everything about my house before he took my money. The installer intern beginning to speak in Spanish and Grumble and and talk about how he could not do the job because it was too much stuff in a way. I agree with him because I expected the Boston send a crew in The Help the to move furniture and the others too do the sanding and refinishing. This ordeal took a week just to do the first floor of my house. While this is going on my family and I had to had to live in our basement along with all animals. This was very stressful for all of us during this time but it wasn't over yet about two days before Christmas I began to be extremely upset because I realize that we would not have a house back for Christmas and the top floor of our house still was was not completed. The owner of the house came back to my home and explain to me that it was it was too much work for the worker to bring the furniture downstairs so they can begin to complete the upstairs. I am turn gave him another $300 on top of what I've already given them to have somebody come and just to move my furniture down stairs so that they could complete my upstairs. I felt like he was extorting me because he knew that I wanted to have my house back before Christmas. He wouldn't got some guys off the street and brought them into my home and they move my furniture downstairs one of them stole liquor out of my home.. the worst part was that the owner beg me for more money every day that they came. He kept telling me I need to pay my worker I need to pay my work I have to give him $200 a day. This was after I'd already given him half of the money and deposit form which is standard for any contract. We came down to the wire and I realize that I will not have my house back for Christmas so me and my family just had to exchange gifts with no tree for the year and the work was done shoddy on the upstairs. The owner started sending the worker out to other jobs and leaving my house I'm done and in the end of following week. I had to threaten him several times in order for him to come and complete my work. The final result was him coming to my house and doing some shotty finishing work in order to get him out my house. I would never recommend this company for anything. They may do good windows but they will never get a chance to do mines I would rather pay twice as much money to get my work done and I have a piece of mind. It seems as if they use slave labor from in front of Home Depot in order to get their jobs done and that's not fair to the customer cnk windows should be shut down. The one star that I gave was only a consolation because I had to give at least one star in order to make a review they are the worst company ever.
