Absolute joke of a Company. Gentleman comes to the house and quotes a single sliding glass door for $3,450. Few days go by and I receive another phone call from a different guy saying due to the area I live in they could possibly save me some money and they will be sending someone else out. A day later I receive a call from the person that’s supposed to come to my house saying he could definitely save me money and quotes me $6,800 for the same exact door! Almost double the the cost from the first gentleman! The first guy built the door directly on their site to my specifications and gave me the quote so how did the price nearly double? Because they forgot to add a few things here and there and fee’s. How does a few things add nearly 3,400? Price gouging... Do yourself a favor and call absolutely any other company!

We had 15 windows installed n April 2016. To date 7 windows have leaked and needed to be reinstalled correctly by LEI. We always contact the company about this first but have needed to also file a complaint with the BBB to get these problems corrected. The also ruined drywall under the window which we then have to repair and repaint on our own . I would highly recommend using another company for any windows. Horrible experience. They use subcontractors for uninstallation and they are subpar,

I honestly thought that buying windows would be a hassle but Lei made the process easy from purchase to install. Our sales person Bandi was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The gentleman that installed was awesome as well. Our new windows are beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
