My wife and I have worked with Neil to upgrade my wifes wedding band back in 2013 and most recently in 2021 to upgrade my wifes engagement ring. Neil is professional, easy to work with, fair, very responsive and a good communicator. The rings hes created are gorgeous and have exceeded our expectations. On both occasions the ring was completed two weeks from the time we met with Neil. We look forward to working with him in the years to come.
