        Let me start by saying I am personally happy with the results the prescribed program has given me. Also I do not comment negatively about businesses online. I also give a few chances before I make my mind up. BUT, the woman with the short hair at the front desk, in the window, is the single most rude and ignorant person I have ever met IN MY LIFE. I will no longer go to this location. I have visited it 3 times so far. This was enough to conclude that the woman I'm referring to should be fired immediately. She WILL BLATANTLY ignore you. When asking a question she stares at you with disgust as if she weren't there to work. She will continue to stare at you in an attempt to belittle you, make you uncomfortable, and wait 30-45 seconds before replying with the answer "NO". Her attitude is atrocious and a sad excuse for customer service. How this woman is still employed is beyond me. That being said everyone else is pleasant, and accommodating. I will start going to one of the other locations available.
