        Karen was great!! She helped me be at ease and I despise getting waxed because of the pain. She made it so bearable that i will be back in 4 weeks. The technique she used was the best experience that I have ever had personally!

        Overall the waxing center was amazing, but since I was asked to speak about my experience with gabby Id like to say not only was she very rough with the friend I came in with but also waxed my friend with wax hot enough to burn her, she was clearly in a rush since she also complained she hates doing legs cause they take too long to my friend as well. The experience was great but if you go, dont ask for gabby or go to gabby since she obviously has a history of being too rough on customers from what I see in previous reviews.
