We had an excellent experience with Jdog, Mervin and his team. They were friendly, efficient, and just got the job done. They called to let us know that the appointment before ours had cancelled and could they come to us sooner. Absolutely! We will use them again and highly recommend JDog of Chestnut Hill and Center City. If you're looking to just a junk removal system for other than a complete clean out, your best bet is to stage and have a plan for what's going to go. Our crew was in and out in less than 40 minutes because we were ready.

Removed a treadmill from the third floor. Came on time, very friendly. Did a great job. They also charged me the exact price quoted over the phone (half the price of other companies) and didn’t charge extra because the item was on the third floor. Highly recommend!

While a scheduling snafu originally resulted in a no show, JDog not only immediately recognized its (honest) mistake, but offered to remediate by coming out ASAP. The team was polite, extremely thorough, and, most importantly, completed the job in a timely manner with incredible (and super organized/clean) results. We would for sure use this company again with our junk and hauling removal needs. Service: Construction waste removal
