Such a visit of relief as a pet owner who was previously told surgery was the only answer. I left with peace of mind which is priceless. The clinic was not busy, I got undivided attention alongside my fur baby, and all my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered in a way that I (a non-vet) could comprehend. It was a small price to pay for peace of mind, an unstressed kitty and a plan of action that didn't involve major surgery. I am a very happy customer and pet mom!!

As someone who hates driving in Philly, the location is a bit anxiety inducing (especially worrying about parking) but I was very impressed by the facility itself. Other than a urine stain on the carpet (which I only noticed because my dog found it) the facility was very clean. Dr. Levy impressed me by not only examining the skin but also listening to my dog's heart (many specialists skip this part). She was very easy to talk to, realistic to my limitations, and taught me quite a few new things (I'm a general practice veterinarian). I will definitely be recommending her to clients. I just wish the location was out of the city proper. Everyone was lovely from the customer service representative I talked to while scheduling to the technicians to the doctor. First time being referred to a dermatology vet and I was not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Levy delivered sad news but was compassionate and gave me several options.

Everyone was very friendly and facility was clean! Dr. Levy was very informative and spent lots of time talking to me. I felt comfortable bringing my German shepherd Falco there and already have a recheck scheduled for his follow up. Working in the veterinary field as well i will be referring my coworkers and clients here! i really appreciated the outlined discharges as well
