Great staff. Attentive and honest. The person who helped me had integrity and got me squared away with my tags quickly! Definitely recommend for PA tag services. Call ahead to make sure you have the paperwork you need so when you visit, you can be in-and-out like I was!

I bought a used truck from this dealership. after driving about 100 miles, I purchased it, checked the engine light, turned it on when I took it to the machinic, found out one of the cylinders is misfiring and needs a new motor. I called Philadelphia Auto City Outlet, and my salesperson said he would take care of it. So I got the truck towed to the dealership. Now, they don't want to take any responsibility. I just lost all my hard earn cash. DO NOT GO TO PHILADELPHIA AUTO CITY OUTLET!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! UPDATE: As soon as I posted this review, This is their response that I received in a text from Philadelphia Auto City, and they want me to tow the truck back to CT, which they sold me with the bad motor, or they will charge me $50 a day storage fee. Response from Philadelphia Auto City Outlet: Abandon vehicle parked illegally notice To whom it may concern Dear sir as we notified you on June 9th 2021 of our storage fee $50 per day Then you notified us that you are going to take the matter in court and it requires around a month for us to get served with warrants from court Very respectful we have waited but its been more then 10 weeks since then today is 8/18/2021 We at Philadelphia auto city sending you this final notice of request to kindly make arrangements to remove your vehicle from our property within 1 week of this notice via text massege If the vehicle is not removed by 8/30/21 we will have to contact Philadelphia parking authority to remove this vehicle from here any fines penalties or fee will be due towards you Very respectfully yours Philadelphia auto city

One of the BEST experiences buying a car in my life. Everyone was so helpful. I felt so comfortable and never pressured to make a purchase. Each and everyone in this car lot made you comfortable, answered all your questions, never tried to sell you on anything. They were actually human beings who treated you like human beings. I never once heard a lame sales pitch. I was told everything they knew about the car. The gentleman that took care of us were Amazing!!!!!! I couldn't be happier with my new car. If you or somone you know needs a new car go to Philadelphia Auto City Outlet. You will not be disappointed. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service and for my wonderful experience.
