        ABSOLUTELY utter incompetence. Package sat on a trailer for FOUR DAYS and I wasn't notified that picking up from them was an option. "Might" get the package next week. ZERO STARS.

        If I could give zero stars - I would. Very frustrated with their service! Not only my shipment was not delivered to me, it was returned to the pick up location in another state! And that happened after numerous phone calls, during which I confirmed the correct delivery address. Yet I was ignored and they just did whatever they wanted! I do not recommend Road Runner Transportation!
