So first they where late after the dispatch lady Mayra hernandez called me at 6:30 in the morning to confirm the ride and time then when they finally got to us and we went to the hospital witch my dad is a total stretcher he can't sit uo at all she's Mayra gonna call me and say they need to go pick someone else up and if need be they will put my dad on the floor I went off they are totally unprofessional even the other emt said she wouldn't lev my dad because that's patient neglect

Solid transport company! Professional employees, drivers, and Attendants. Transport teams were on time unlike other companies like Healthfleet, KQT.

As a social worker I have worked with many companies and this is the first time working with Infina. I have to say, Mayra was incredibly helpful with getting everything scheduled and getting the insurance authorization straightened out for the transport. When the transport crew arrived all of the attendants were incredibly helpful and professional. We had difficulty with our resident and both the crew and Mayra were very patient and understanding. I really appreciate their help and their great service!!!

I needed to transport my elderly mother to a medical appointment and I am so glad I found Infina Health. Their non-emergency transportation service was exceptional. The driver was friendly and compassionate, and my mother felt very comfortable during the ride.
