this is never a phone call that I look forward to making but the people that work there and answer the phone do a good job. they try to anyway which is more than I can say for a lot of other call centers.

HORRIBLE!!! my son was scheduled for appts 6/5/24, 6/6/23, and 6/7/23. He is a parapalegic and each time I got him up and dressed only for no show each time. One 6/5 someone forgot to do paperwork. On 6/6 Rescue tech was assigned and they said vehicle broke down. On 6/7 assigned to Getmantown cab and again the vehicle broke down. Modivcare is absolutely the worse!!!! i would not recommend their services to anyone.

I just wanted to Thank You to MODIVCARE Company and Staff. I used Modivcare two days in a row and I was very pleased with the staff and fast, accurate, and reliable this company is. I have used several medical transport services in the past. This transport service is thee ABSOLUTE BEST. I will continue to use them because I know when I arrange transportation with them I won't have to worry about being late rescheduling or any of that. They make it worry free. I am so glad that MODIVCARE is around and servicing not just myself but others as well. They ARE THE #1 BEST Transport service I have seen and used. I THANK YOU MODIVCARE!!!!!! I know this is a service that I can truly rely and depend on. Continue to truly help and make a difference for US. *****
